Huanli Technology invests RMB10.6 billion in power battery recycling project

On January 6, Jiangxi Huanli New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. signed a contract to build its new energy power battery recycling project in Dazu District, Chongqing, China.
With a total investment of RMB10.6 billion (USD1.57 billion), the project will be able to disassemble 100,000 new energy vehicles and process 150,000t of waste batteries annually and will reuse production lines with capacity of 65,000tpy of battery grade NCM and 30,000tpy of battery grade lithium hydroxide and lithium carbonate.
