Cnano Technology announced on December 27 that the company planned to raise no more than RMB2 billion (USD287 million), and the net amount of the raised fund after deducting the issuance costs is planned to be used for the lithium battery material Meishan production base project (Phase I) and efficient single-walled nano conductive materials production project for lithium battery (Phase I) of Cnano Technology, and to supplement working capital.
