Mongolia's iron ore output in Nov down by 36.64% YOY

According to the data from National Statistical Bureau of Mongolia, the country produced 606,200 tons of iron ore in November 2022, down by 36.64% year-on-year and 14.85% month-on-month. In particular, the production of iron ore sand recorded 499,000 tons, down by 19.44% year on year and 20.07% month on month; that of concentrate was 107,200 tons, declining by 68.23% year-on-year but climbing by 22.37% month-on-month.
From January to November, Mongolia's iron ore output amounted 8,948,600 tons, down by 26.13% year-on-year, among which that of iron ore sand was 7,307,000 tons, down by 15.22% year on year; that of concentrate was 1,641,600 tons, down by 53.02% year on year.
