Jinyuan Group to acquire 15% equity of Tibet Ali Lithium Resources

Jinyuan Group announced on December 19 that Jinzangyuan, a subsidiary of the company, intended to purchase 15% equity of Tibet Ali Lithium Resources Mining and Development Co., Ltd. with its own or self-raised funds. Tibet Ali Lithium Resources is the holding subsidiary of the company, and the company holds 51% equity of Tibet Ali Lithium Resources through Jinzangyuan. After the completion of this deal, the company will hold 66% equity of Tibet Ali Lithium Resources through Jinzangyuan. The price for this 15% equity increase records RMB202.04 million (USD28.95 million).
