EVE Energy to issue convertible bonds to raise up to RMB7 billion for power battery projects

EVE Energy announced on December 9th that it will issue convertible bonds to unspecific targets to raise no more than RMB7 billion (USD1 billion). All the funds, after the deduction of issuance fees, will be used to develop a cylindrical LFP energy-storage power battery project of 23GWh and a large cylindrical power battery project of 21GWh used in passenger cars.
