Dazhong Mining's subsidiary to acquire 100% shares of Shenghai Technology

Dazhong Mining announced on December 7th that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Dazhong Trade, will acquire 100% shares of Shenghai Technology Development Co., Ltd. with the delivery price expected to be about RMB69 million (USD9.90 million) at the closing day, so as to accelerate the construction of lithium ore and new material projects in linwu, Chenzhou, Hunan. Dazhong Mining will indirectly hold 100% shares, existing land and plants and other fixed assets of Hunan Shenghai Electronics Co., Ltd. at last through this deal to build lthium ore, litium metal processing and battery projects.
