Tanyuan Technology Co., Ltd. announced on November 14 that it plans to issue 62,755,600 shares to Lianyuan Desheng Four Seasons New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. at RMB8.93 (USD1.27) per share to raise up to RMB560 million (USD79.46 million), and the net process will be used for the company's 5GWh square aluminum case lithium-ion battery energy storage project (3GWh for phase I) in Loudi High-Tech Zone.
