Chengxin Lithium to purchase spodumene products from DMCC

Chengxin Lithium announced on November 13 that, the company's wholly-owned subsidiary Safewell Group recently signed the "Acquisition Agreement" with Electramin DMCC, under which Safewell Group plans to purchase spodumene DSO mineral products from DMCC. The purchasing volume for each contract year will be at least 500,000 tons, totaling 2 million tons. The delivery is expected to start in the first quarter of 2023.
