Bozhon Precision signs sales agreement for lithium battery production line

Bozhon Precision Industry Technology Co., Ltd. announced on November 10 that, to further strengthen long-term cooperation with J.S Machinery Equipment Industry and Import & Export Co., Ltd. in the field of lithium battery equipment and jointly explore the market of lithium battery production automation equipment in Turkey and its surrounding markets, the two parties signed "Procurement Framework Agreement", agreeing that in 12 months after signing of the agreement, J.S shall place purchase orders of lithium battery production line to Bozhon worth about RMB800 million (USD11.13 million). The orders will be released in batches within the agreement period with the purchase and sales contracts to be signed separately by two parties.
