SAIC Motor reports 48.15% YoY jump in Oct NEV sales

SAIC Motor announced on November 7 that its auto sales reached 503,308 units in October 2022, down by 13.54% year on year, while the sales of new energy vehicle (NEV) in the month jumped by 32.19% YoY to 101,768 units. From January to October, the company sold 4.27 million vehicles, a slight increase of 1.72% from the year-ago period, and its NEV sales grew by 43.96% YoY to 800,269 units.
