Yahua Group signs long-term supply contract of battery grade lithium hydroxide

Yahua Group announced on November 1st that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Yahua Lithium (Ya'an) Co., Ltd. (the supplier), signed a long-term supply contract of battery grade lithium hydroxide with SK New Energy (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. (the buyer). The contract will have an effective period of three years from January 1st, 2023 to December 31st, 2025.
The supplier ensures that it will raise the supply volume to the buyer year by year from 2023 to 2025 with a total supply volume 20,000-30,000t. The specific supply volume will be subject to the purchase order signed by the two parties per month from January 2023.
