TA&A Ultra Clean gets three-year lithium hydroxide order

TA&A Ultra Clean announced on October 13th that its subsidiaries, Yibin Tianyi Lithium Scientific Innovation Co., Ltd. and Sichuan TA&A Time Lithium Energy Co., Ltd., signed the Sales Contract (2023-2025) with SK New Energy (Shanghai) Co., Ltd.
Tianyi Lithium and Sichuan TA&A will sell batter grade lithium hydroxide to SK New Energy with the delivery to be made per month evenly in accordance with the contract. The annual delivery volume will be no more than the figure stipulated in the contract (more or less 10%) subject to the monthly purchase order signed by the above parties from January 2023. SK New Energy is a wholly-owned subsidiary of South Korea's battery manufacturer, SK On Co., Ltd.
