A mixed rare earth oxide processing project goes into construction in Longling, Yunnan

On September 30, 2022, a construction commencement ceremony was held in Zhen'an, Longling, Yunnan for a mixed rare earth oxide processing project.
The two-phase project will have a total planned investment of RMB150 million (USD21.08 million). In phase one and two, a production line with an annual processing capacity of 27,525t of mixed rare earth oxalate and production capacity of about 5,435t of mixed rare earth oxide will be built respectively. When the project ramps up to its nameplate capacity, it is expected to generate an annual production value of RMB1 billion (USD0.14 billion) and contribute an annual taxation of over RMB20 million (USD2.81 million).
