China Minmetals Rare Earth's actual controller changed into China Rare Earth Group

On September 13, China Minmetals Rare Earth ("the Company") announced that the 157,924,751 shares (accounting for 16.10% of the total registration capital) held by Mimetals Co., Ltd. in the Company have been transferred to China Rare Earth Group. With the transfer completed, China Rare Earth Group and its fully owned subsidiary Minmetals Rare Earth Group held a total of 393,153,411 shares in the Company (equivalent to 40.08% of its total registration capital); the Company's controlled shareholder will still be Minmetals Rare Earth Group and actual controller will be changed into China Rare Earth Group, while its final actual controller will still be State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council of China.
