Lopal to issue convertible bonds of no more than RMB2.1 billion

Lopal announced on August 29th that it will publicly issue convertible bonds to raise no more than RMB2.1 billion (USD303.60 million) and all the funds, after the deduction of issuance fees, will be used to develop its large-scale production project of new energy vehicle power and energy-storage cathode materials as well as ferric phosphate project and the supporting project, supplement working capitals and repay bank loans.
