Zhejiang Jinhengwang Lithium is a joint venture between Sunwoda, Jinyuan Zhongke and Guizhou Chanfert with a registration capital of RMB350 million (USD51.95 million), and the three companies held a 35%, 51% and 14% stake respectively in the JV.
