Ronbay Technology: 5ktpy high-nickel cathode material capacity to come on stream in South Korea

Ningbo Ronbay New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. announced on July 1 that the 70,000tpy lithium battery cathode material project in Chungju, South Korea, which is invested by its wholly-owned subsidiary JAESE Energy Co., Ltd., is expected to be fully operational by the end of 2024, with the first phase of 20,000tpy on track to complete construction in late 2022. The phase 1-1 with capacity of 5,000tpy has already passed acceptance testing. The project mainly produces high-nickel and ultra-high-nickel cathode materials.
