Imperial Mining announces positive PEA for Crater Lake TG Zone Scandium-Rare Earth Element deposit

Canada-based Imperial Mining Group Ltd. has received results of a positive Preliminary Economic Assessment (PEA) for the Crater Lake TG Zone Scandium-Rare Earth Element (Sc-REE) deposit in northeastern Quebec.
The Crater Lake TG Zone project has the potential to be a long-term provider of critical scandium and magnet rare earths to world markets, the PEA has confirmed.
Total mined metal production over a minimum 25-year mining life based on the present resource base is expected to be 110t of Sc2O3, 57,298t of ScAl Master alloy and 23,578t of REE hydroxide concentrate.
