Haida New Material starts building 30,000tpy high-purity graphite and lithium-ion battery anode material project (phase two)

A ceremony was held on May 28th for Heilongjiang Haida New Material Technology Co., Ltd. to launch the construction of its 30,000tpy high-purity graphite and lithium-ion battery anode material project (phase two), which is the first provincial key project of high-purity graphite project in Hegang.
With a total investment of RMB250 million (USD37.51 million), the phase two project will mainly build a graphite workshop, an anode workshop, a warehouse for finished products and other supporting facilities. It is expected to complete building in December 2022 and could produce 7,000t of graphite products and 20,000t of anode products per year with annual sales income of RMB1 billion (USD150.05 million) and annual taxes of RMB90 million (USD13.50 million) after going into production.
