On May 15, Shanghai government issued a notice on printing and distributing the 14th Five-Year Plan for the energy development in Shanghai. The notice pointed out that Shanghai will vigorously develop renewable energy and focus on both centralized and distributed renewable energy. It will implement the "photovoltaic +" special projects, promote the development of photovoltaic by industry and field in combination with land and roof resources, and strive to increase the scale of photovoltaic by 2.7 million kilowatts. It will focus on the development of wind power in the three coastal areas of Fengxian, Nanhui and Jinshan, explore and carry out far-ranging offshore and onshore decentralized wind power demonstration trials, and strive to increase the scale of wind power by 1.8 million kilowatts.
