Junhe Pumps to acquire newly-added registered capitals of Hagong Graphite Technology

Junhe Pumps Holding Co., Ltd. announced on May 11th that it will acquire newly-added registered capitals of RMB90 million (USD13.31 million) from Heilongjiang Hagong Graphite Technology Co., Ltd. at RMB450 million (USD66.53 million) in cash. Of the total RMB450 million (USD66.53 million), RMB90 million (USD13.31 million) will be included in the registered capitals of the target company, and the rest RMB360 million (USD53.22 million) will be included in the capital reserves of the target company.
In terms of mining equity and reserves, Hagong Graphite Technology now owns 105.2057 million tons of graphite resource of Ping'an Graphite Mine and Mishan Liangzhongchang Graphite Mine, about 8.6863 million tons of graphite mineral reserves, the existing graphite deep-processing capacity of 20,000tpy and the production capacity of 30,000tpy that is under construction.
This acquisition will make it possible for the target company's graphite spherical anode material business to grow rapidly, and at the same time enable Junhe Pumps to bind with leading enterprises in the anode material industry for in-depth cooperation.
