Trail production ceremony of Defang-Yiwei's LFP production base project held in Qujing

On May 8, the trial production ceremony of Defang-Yiwei's production base with an annual output of 110,000 tons of nano LFP was held in Qujing city. The project was constructed by Qujing Defang Yiwei Technology Co., Ltd., which was jointly invested by Shenzhen Dynanonic Co., Ltd. and EVE Energy Co., Ltd, with a total investment of RMB2.519 billion (USD375 million), and the output value is expected to be RMB11 billion (USD164 million) and the tax revenue is expected to be RMB600 million (USD89.28 million) after the project reaches full capacity.
Qujing now is focusing on building a new energy battery industry cluster. The production capacity of 345,000t of LFP anode material completed or under construction accounts for 31.3% of the total capacity in China. By the end of the "14th five-year plan", the production capacity of 1.5 million tons of anode materials, 300,000 tons of cathode materials, 20GWh of power battery and 20GWh of energy storage battery will be formed, and the output value will reach more than RMB150 billion (USD22.32 billion).
