TA&A announces private placement of up to RMB4.6 billion to expand lithium hydroxide capacity

Suzhou TA&A Ultra Clean Technology Co., Ltd. announced on February 8 that it plans to launch a private placement to raise up to RMB4.6 billion (USD723 million), with the proceeds to be used for Sichua Tianhua Shidai Lithium Energy's 60,000tpy battery-grade lithium hydroxide project, Yibin Weineng Lithium Technology Innovation's phase one 25,000tpy battery grade lithium hydroxide project, as well as to acquire a 7% stake in Yibin Tianyi Lithium Industry Co., Ltd. and to supplement working capital.
