GHTECH to raise funds of no more than RMB1.25 billion to invest in lithium battery material project

GHTECH disclosed its plan for non-public issuance of shares on November 30th, planning to raise funds of no more than RMB1.25 billion (USD196.38 million). All the funds, after the deduction of issuance fees, will be invested in its high-performance lithium battery material project and will also be used to supplement working capitals.
