Shida Shenghua Chemical to invest in building electrolyte raw material project

Shida Shenghua Chemical announced on November 1st that it had signed an investment framework agreement with the management committee of Wuhan Chemical Industrial Park on Shida Shenghua Chemical Group's lithium battery material production and R&D integration project. Shida Shenghua Chemical plans to invest no less than RMB1 billion (USD156.10 million) to build a lithium battery material integration project. The devices of the 440,000tpy new energy material project (phase one) invested by Shida Shenghua (Quanzhou) Co., Ltd., a holding subsidiary of Shida Shenghua Chemical, have been installed recently. The project has passed the completion acceptance and finished all procedures and onsite checks before pilot production. Having met all conditions for pilot production, the project will go into pilot production in the next step.
