Yan'an Bicon's subsidiary signs long-term strategic cooperation agreement with Capchem

Yan'an Bicon announced that its holding subsidiary, Jiangsu Jiujiujiu Technology Co., Ltd., signed a Long-Term Agreement for Strategic Cooperation with Capchem on September 22nd. According to the agreement, the two parties will decide the supply and purchase volumes of LiPF6 products through negotiation. Jiujiujiu Technology promised that it will supply no less than 3,600t of LiPF6 products in 2022 and no less than 4,800t in 2023 on the premise that the products can meet technology parameter requirements and the price is competitive in the market. Meanwhile, Capchem promised that it will make enough purchases from Jiujiujiu Technology in accordance with the supply volume promised by the latter if the products can meet technology parameter requirements and the price is competitive in the market. The actual supply and purchase volumes will be subject to the orders confirmed by the two parties per month.
