Australia-based Vital Metals has received first pass assay results from the Tardiff Zones two and three within its Nechalacho Rare Earth Project in Canada.
The company completed 10 holes across the two zones to define a stage two mine plan for Nechalacho, with all holes hitting extensive mineralisation.
Best results from zone two are 25.1 metres at 3 . 03 per cent Total Rare Earth Oxides (TREO) and 19 metres at 2 . 05 per cent TREO . All zone two's intersections are within 75 metres of the surface.
These results have added potential to extend the mine life of Nechalacho significantly, with further drilling needed to better define the Tardiff zones.
