XTC New Energy discloses IPO prospectus

On 19 July, XTC New Energy disclosed the prospectus regarding public offering and listing on science and technology innovation board. According to the prospectus, all shares issued this time are new shares, excluding public subscription of shareholders. The company plans to issue 6,289.31 shares, accounting for 25% of approximately 252 million shares, the total equity after this offering. The issuance is expected on 27 July, 2021.
XTC New Energy aims to raise RMB1.5 billion (USD0.23 billion) through the IPO to invest in the 40,000-ton-per-annum lithium-ion battery materials industrialization project and use as additional working capital.
The 40,000-ton-per-annum lithium-ion battery materials industrialization project will be constructed in three phases. The first phase and second phase will construct the lithium-ion battery cathode materials production line with an annual production capacity of 20,000 tons, with high-nickel NCM material as major product.
