Changyuan Lico's registration application for IPO in STAR Market approved

CSRC (China Securities Regulatory Commission) announced on June 29th that it approved Hunan Changyuan Lico Co., Ltd.'s registration application for IPO in STAR Market.
Founded in 2002, Changyuan Lico mainly produces NCM cathode material & precursor, LCO cathode material, nickel pellet and other products, owning three production bases such as Lugu base, Tongguan base and High-tech base.
Changyuan Lico intends to raise RMB2.178 billion (USD420.32 million) through this IPO. Of all the funds deducting the issuance fee, RMB1.918 billion (USD296.61 million) will be used to build a vehicle battery cathode material expansion project (phase one) and RMB800 million (USD123.71 million) will be used to supplement operational funds.
