Ronbay Technology launches building of 70,000tpy high-nickel cathode project in South Korea

A ceremony was held on April 21st for Ronbay Technology to start the building of its 70,000tpy high-nickel cathode project in South Korea, indicating that the company formally launched its production capacity expansion project in South Korea and representing an important milestone it achieved in production capacity layout worldwide.
The construction of the South Korea-based high-nickel cathode project, which has a designed production capacity of 70,000tpy, will be formally completed in December 2025 and that of the phase one project will be finished by the end of 2021. Meanwhile, Ronbay Technology will accelerate the construction of its production capacity expansion projects in Hubei and Guizhou and its high-nickel cathode material production capacity is expected to be over 120,000t at the end of 2021.
