SK Automation Technology signs sales orders of over RMB200 million with CATL in Q4 2020

Shanghai SK Automation Technology PLC. announced on December 31st, 2020 that it totally signed nine orders with CATL in the fourth quarter of 2020, including three orders which were signed via appointment notices and are still under business process now. These nine orders totally amounted about RMB201.59 million (USD30.90 million) Ex-VAT. The income won't be confirmed until SK Automation Technology gets a confirmation sheet, which indicates that the equipment involved reaches a trial production state after being delivered, installed and debugged. It's expected that these nine orders would have a positive impact on SK Automation Technology's financial performance in 2021.
