Farasis Energy to establish power battery plant with Geely Technology

Farasis Energy announced on December 24th that it signed the Strategic Cooperation Agreement with Geely Technology recently. According to the agreement, Farasis Energy will invest in building a power battery plant jointly with Geely Technology. Both the equity proportion and management structure of the plant will be decided based on its actual situation. It's expected that the total production capacity of Farasis Energy and the plant to be established would be 120GWh, including no less than 20GWh to be built in 2021.
The signing of the agreement facilitates Farasis Energy to sign long-term orders with Geely Technology and its holding subsidiaries as well as Geely Commercial Vehicles Group, guarantees the business growth of Farasis Energy to some extent and is conducive to increasing Farasis Energy's operation revenues.
