Jiangxi Shenghua becomes lithium battery cathode material supplier of Jiangsu CATL

Fulin P.M. announced on September 30th that its sub-subsidiary, Jiangxi Shenghua New Material Co., Ltd., recently signed a "Plan Agreement" with Jiangsu CATL, indicating that Jiangxi Shenghua was identified as Jiangsu CATL's lithium battery cathode material supplier and the two parties formally entered the supply stage. As this agreement didn't stipulate the specific purchase quantity, the supply quantity cannot be estimated temporarily and Jiangsu CATL will tell Jiangxi Shenghua about it via orders at the end of the month according to its own demand.
