Tonze Electricon and Guotai Huarong New Chemical Materials sign strategic cooperation agreement on LPF6 supply

On August 2, Tonze Electricon announced that its fully owned subsidiary Jiangsu Xintai Material Technology Co., Ltd. ("the Company") signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Zhangjiagang Guotai Huarong New Chemical Materials Co., Ltd. on LPF6 supply. According to the agreement, Guotai Huarong New Chemical Materials promises to make pre-emptive purchases of lithium chemicals from the Company; of its total annual purchase volume, 60%-80% will be made from the Company, in 2020 it will purchase no less than 2,500t of lithium chemicals from the Company, and in 2021-2025 its purchase from the Company will grow at a rate of no lower than 20% of that in 2020. The Company promised that it will ensure pre-emptive supply to Guotai Huarong New Chemical Materials, and with demand increasing in the future, it will expand production capacity during the period from 2021 to 2025 when deemed proper.
