Fangyuan Environmental Protection plans to raise RMB1.05 billion for ternary precursor project

On June 18, Shanghai Stock Exchange (SSE) accepted application by Guangdong Fangyuan Environmental Protection Limited Company for getting listed on the SSE science and technology innovation board. Via this IPO, Fangyuan Environmental Protection hoped to raise RMB1.05 billion (USD148 million) to be all invested into its 50,000tpa high-end ternary Li-battery precursor (NCA and NCM) and 10,000tpa lithium hydroxide project.
