According to the press conference of Hebei government, Shijiazhuang customs has implemented the measure of "inspection after release" for imported minerals since early this year, effectively reducing the port operation and shipment transfer, and improving customs clearance efficiency and enterprise's capital turnover. From January to November, 3,655 batches of iron ore, manganese and chromium ore weighing 230 million tons and valuing 19.8 billion U.S. dollars were released first and inspected later. The average inspection time of in the customs was 62.7% lower than that in 2017.
