Ganfeng Lithium to raise funds of USD500 million for GFL

Ganfeng Lithium announced recently that the board of directors agreed to raise funds of USD500 million for the subsidiary, Ganfeng Lithium International (GFL), for development. The registered capital of GFL was about USD381 million and RMB50 million (USD7.45 million); after the fund raise, the capital would be USD881 million and RMB50 million (USD7.45 million). Ganfeng Lithium owns 100% shares of GFL.
