CATL to establish a battery company with Zhejiang Jirun

CATL announced on December 20th that it will sign an agreement with Zhejiang Jirun Automobile Co., Ltd. on December 20th to establish a joint venture. The business scope of the joint venture will include the development, production, sales and after-sales service of lithium-ion batteries, lithium polymer batteries, fuel cells, power batteries, ultra-large capacity energy storage batteries, battery management systems and rechargeable battery packs as well as technology service, testing service and consulting service of lithium batteries and related products.
