Guoxuan High-Tech signs strategic cooperation agreement with JAC

Guoxuan High-Tech announced at the noon of October 24th that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Hefei Guoxuan, reached a strategic cooperation agreement with JAC on promoting the marketization of new energy vehicles in the non-subsidy era in Qingdao, Shandong Province on October 23rd. The agreement stipulates that the two sides will develop a variety of pure electric vehicle power battery systems with energy density of above 140Wh/kg in the fields of new energy passenger vehicles and commercial vehicles. Hefei Guoxuan will also fully upgrade lithium iron phosphate battery cell products to ensure the supply of related products.
