Great Power announced on the morning of August 24 that Guangzhou Great Power Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the company or party B) signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement on the new energy vehicle industry with Dongfeng Automobile Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Dongfeng Automobile or party A) in Henan on August 23, 2018 and the both parties aims to achieve a long-term cooperation, conduct in-depth communications on the passenger car, logistics car and commercial vehicle, develop adaptive power battery systems of new energy vehicle, the shared resource platform, accelerate the positive development and achieve sustainable and common development.
