Sinomine Resource acquires Dongpeng New Material

Sinomine Resource Exploration Co., Ltd. finished acquiring Jiangxi Dongpeng New Material Co., Ltd. recently under the approval of China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC), realizing a fundamental transformation from a single mineral exploration company to a comprehensive mining company.
As the first company in China to supply international commercial services of comprehensive geological exploration technology and the only geological exploration company in the current A-share market, Sinomine Resource has formed a clear development idea, namely expanding from upstream mining market to downstream market to gradually realize the integrated development of both upstream and downstream markets, as it conducted overseas exploration services recently. After ten years of hard work, the company has obtained 10 exploration and mining licenses related to gold, silver, copper, cobalt, lead, zinc, chrome, iron and uranium in Zambia, Zimbabwe and other countries.
Dongpeng New Material is not only a major supplier of lithium fluoride, the key raw material to produce lithium hexafluorophosphate, but also the largest producer and supplier of cesium salt and rubidium salt in China.
