Qingdao Guoxuan plans to put second phase lithium iron phosphate project into operation in Sep

Recently, Qingdao Guoxuan Battery Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Qingdao Guoxuan) said that the main construction of second phase project of the company was completed, and the equipment was being successively installed. The company expects to put the project into operation in September, and the project had been changed to produce high-energy and high-density cylindrical lithium iron phosphate battery in July, with a total investment of RMB1.036 billion.
Qingdao Guoxuan has an annual output of 1GWh ternary material lithium battery for the first phase, and the product is mainly supplied to electric passenger vehicle producers including Beijing Automotive Group Co., Ltd. and ZOTYE Auto. The second phase will have an annual output of 2GWh of lithium iron phosphate battery. After these two projects go into operation, the company will realize an annual production value of RMB4 billion.
