Ganfeng Lithium adds capital to subsidiaries

Ganfeng Lithium announced on July 30th that the board of directors agreed to add capital to its wholly-owned subsidiaries including Jiangxi Ganfeng Battery Science & Technology Co., Ltd. ("Ganfeng Battery") with a capital increase of RMB200 million and Ningdu Ganfeng Lithium Co., Ltd. ("Ningdu Ganfeng") with a capital increase of RMB390 million.
According to the announcement, with the original registered capital of RMB300 million, Ganfeng Battery has a registered capital of RMB500 million after the capital increase and Ganfeng Lithium holds 100% equity stock of the company; with the original registered capital of RMB10 million, Ningdu Ganfeng has a registered capital of RMB400 million after the capital increase and Ganfeng Lithium holds 100% equity stock of the company. In addition, Ganfeng Lithium authorized the management level of the two companies to go through the industrial and commercial registration of changes procedures.
