Senior and Murata conduct cooperation in lithium battery separator field

Shenzhen Senior Technology Material Co., Ltd. (Senior) announced on July 20 that it signed a cooperation agreement with Murata Manufacturing Co., Ltd. (hereafter referred to as "Murata") recently and the two parties will conduct comprehensive cooperation to make full use of their respective advantages in the development and sales of lithium ion battery separator.
According to the agreement, Senior is regarded as the preferred supplier of lithium ion battery separator by Murata. On the premise that the lithium battery separator materials of the Senior meet the requirements of the Murata, the latter will give the priority of purchasing the material from Senior. At the same time, Senior will regard Murata as the preferred customer and will give the priority of supplying the material for Murata. The price of the product provided to Murata will be no higher than that of products of the same specifications sold to other customers under similar business conditions.
