Jitai Aluminium signs cooperation agreement with Inner Mongolia Rare Earth Institute

On May 31 of 2018, the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Rare Earth Product Quality Supervision and Inspection Institute (hereinafter referred to as "Inner Mongolia Rare Earth Institute") and the Baotou Jitai Aluminum Co., Ltd. signed an cooperation agreement on standardization research project of rare earth aluminum alloy related products.
Established in December 2016 on register capital of RMB166 million, Baotou Jitai Aluminum is located in Baotou National Aluminum Industry Park, covering an area of 200 mu, which is a national production base of rare earth aluminum magnesium alloy profile. The company has formed annual capacities of 10,000t of a series of high-performance rare earth aluminum magnesium alloy busbar, guide rod casting material and 50,000t of various aluminum products used in buildings traffic and transportation and 50,000 square meters of energy saving doors and windows and curtain wall project.
Jian Shaoting, the chairman of Jitai Aluminum, stressed that they can obtain technical supports when optimizing the standard for enterprises and establishing the local standards based on cooperation with the Inner Mongolia Rare Earth Institute, which helps to promote the quality of the company's products while strive for greater initiative and discourse power in the market competition. It is very meaningful to expand the market scale, develop new products for the company and improve the added value.
