Zangge Holding signs purchase and sale contract for lithium chloride separation and concentration facilities of RMB185 million

Zangge Holding Company Limited announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Zangge Lithium has signed the purchase and sale contract for lithium chloride separation and concentration facilities with Mofa Environment Technology (Shanghai) Ltd. According to the agreement, Mofa Environment will provide its lithium chloride separation and concentration facilities with capacity of 10,000tpy of lithium carbonate (part of their lithium carbonate project of 20,000tpy) at the price of RMB185 million. The company has established the lithium carbonate project of 20,000tpy for Zangge Lithium, which will be promoted based on the completion of this agreement. Zangge Lithium will accelerate the construction of the project and try to put it into operation in H2 of 2018, making it reach the targeted capacity as soon as possible.
