China Enfi signs consulting contract on rare earth metal alloy project

On April 21st, China Enfi and China Rare Earth Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as China Rare Earth) formally signed a consulting contract for rare earth metal and alloy project with an annual capacity of 5,000t.
Rare earth metal is mainly used in rare earth permanent magnetic material and rare earth hydrogen storage material with a small volume of rare earth metal used in manufacturing special steel, super hard alloy and high-temperature alloy. As the necessary and important supporting material for the development of high technology industry, aerospace industry, military industry, traditional industry and others, rare earth permanent magnetic material plays an important role in stimulating the development of national defense construction and the national economy and is widely used in metallurgy, machinery, oil, chemical industry, light industry, agriculture, electron, information, energy, environmental protection, aerospace, national defense, military industry, new and high-tech industry and other areas.
The signing of the project which has further deepened strategic cooperation between two sides, is of great significance to stimulate China’s rare earth industry to distribute in areas of resource advantage and policy advantage and will make important contribution for China to perfect rare earth industrial chain, realize sustainable development and form high effective rare earth mine-smelting separation-rare earth metal and alloy-magnetic material-rare earth equipment with key competition.
