Beifang Rare Earth to establish first insurance company in Inner Mongolia with registered capital of RMB1.4 billion

Beifang Rare Earth announced on 15 April that it plans to contribute RMB250 million to establish Inner Mongolia Zeyuan Husbandry Insurance Co., Ltd. (Zeyuan Insurance) with Inner Mongolia Financial Investment Group Co., Ltd. and other eight companies in Inner Mongolia.
According to the announcement, Zeyuan Insurance will be the first and only one insurance company in Inner Mongolia. The registered capital is RMB1.4 billion and the address is Saihan District, Hohhot, Inner Mongolia. The scope of business involves business approved by the CIRC husbandry such as insurance, financial and liability insurance for agriculture, short-period health insurance and unintentional injury insurance, credit and bond insurance; the premium for husbandry insurance shall not be less than 60% of the whole premium.
