On February 8, Liaoning Oxiranchem Inc. claimed that their project of “New Energy Lithium Battery Electrolyte Solution with Capacity of 20,000tpy” belongs to the amplification of scientific and technological achievements and application transformation and they need to constantly improve and perfect the technology package design and development process in pilot production. In addition, related formalities for construction and approval are also in process. As a result, the specific date is still undecided for the project to go operation. According to their plan, the project is expected to be put into operation in H1 2017.
