Zhangshiba Mine produces 12.2kt of zinc concentrate in 2023

In 2023, a total of 13 producing mines affiliate to Jiangxi Bureau of Geology achieved a 128% increase in revenue and a 112% rise in profit versus the prior year. Of which, De'an Tianbao Mining's Zhangshiba Mine produced 4,595.30t of lead concentrate and 12,220.5t of zinc concentrate in 2023, and Jiangxi Yinhai Mining's Xiabao Silver Mine produced 623.56t of lead concentrate, 959.77t of zinc concentrate and 2,334.36kg of associated silver in the year.
Jiangxi Bureau of Geology achieved impressive results in the development of mines in 2023. So far, Zhangshiba Mine has reached full production capacity and the Fengshuxia fluorspar mine in Chongyi has commenced production. In addition, the lead-zinc-silver mine at Yinzhushan mining area in Lengshuikeng orefield and the Dafuchuan andesite mine are expected to go into operation in 2024.
